Wire-O Bound

Like comb binding, this technique is most suited for booklets and manuals required in smaller print runs.

What is it?

Books bound with double wire spiral binding (also called twin wire) use a continuous hinge of double loops of wire to hold the book covers and leaves together.

Why Wire-O Bound?

A great solution for reference manuals since they can be opened flat, this method tends to be favoured over comb binding since the pages open smoothly and don't "pinch" during use.

However, Wire-O binding is only suitable for manuals up to 1" thick.
